I've been taking my company issued vehicles here for about six years to be serviced. I put about 30k miles a year on my work vehicles. To date I have had no issues. They handle issues and haven't tried to take advantage. When I've had to leave the car they've been able to send someone to drive me home and then pick me up. Recent example, I went in with tire leaks, and thinking it was the nail I saw in the tire, asked for a replacement tire per my company policy. They found it was actually a valve steam and the nail hadn't penetrated the tire. Could have been easy money for them, but they chose to do what's right. I definitely appreciate that sort of service, and I'm not even paying the bill. I have not dealt with anyone outside of the service department, but they've been good to me.
