2023 Buick Envision Preferred AWD

UPDATE: My Suntrup salesperson had my issue fixed and lent me a demo for the time my vehicle was in the shop. Looks good as new and I am satisfied with the end result. Communication with salesperson was always a priority and I appreciate it. Also was returned to me all cleaned out, which is why I have changed my review to 5 stars. Old 1 star review: Bought a Demo from them in 2020 brand new with warranty. am now dealing with a crack in my paint that VW will not cover. also, service has been the worst I have ever experienced. Worst car experience in my life

I just purchased my first Volkswagen vehicle from this dealership and I must say, every one involved was AMAZING! Will was my salesman and he was a sweetheart! Kelly, finance administrator was great as well! I was treated with the utmost respect and they listed to everything I was interested in and made it happen. Brandon is the absolute best thing that was apart of my experience here! He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and was patient through the process. He answered all of my questions, checked in multiple times after the buying process and is still responding quickly and positively a year and a half after my purchase (I have a lot of questions). He truly shines. He cares for each individual, what they’re looking for and want. He feels like a friend and not a sales person.
