The service department here did me a major solid! I live in Texas and my local dealership wasn't able to find an ECU flash for a recall and my Jeep had been sitting. I had been in contact with someone through a Facebook group that gave me this dealership's contact info after they had their ECU flash done here. The service department got back with me right away and gave me information to give to my local dealership so they could locate the ECU flash. Great customer service for me being a non-customer!
This is my new 2005 Toyota Tundra that I bought from Reganis Auto Center in Scottsbluff, NE. I had been looking for a really clean, low miles Tundra like this for a while and when I saw this truck on Carfax, it looked perfect for me. I normally wouldn’t purchase a truck out of state like this without actually seeing and driving it in person, but it looked so nice that I decided to submit an email inquiry to get more information. This was like 7pm Nevada time so I was shocked when I got a call from Court responding to my inquiry. Court was very pleasant to deal with and answered all my questions and sent me lots of photos, even the undercarriage. He assured me that it was a beautiful truck and was able to get me a very fair deal on it. It took a little while for my transport company to finally pick the truck up and Court made sure that it was safe and secure inside their facility the whole time we were waiting. We had to communicate back and forth many many times and Court was always very prompt and courteous in communicating with me. When the truck finally showed up, it was everything I hoped for. Everywhere I go people compliment me on how nice of a truck it is and how they wish they could find one as clean and nice. If you are looking for a new vehicle, make sure you go see Court at Reganis Auto Center. He will treat you right!
We live in Colorado, but went to Scottsbluff to visit friends. On our way out of town, my engine overheating light came on. We bought our car at Reganis back in 2017. I called them for help and they picked us up by shuttle, had the car towed into the shop, ran a diagnostics, offered me an Airbnb, loaned me a phone charger, squeezed my car in to a very busy schedule, and got me on my way back home by the next day. I was so pleased with the service and the staff. I'd recommend this shop to anyone.
