2023 Buick Envision Essence FWD

Five Star Experience. One of the easiest and fastest car buying experiences I have ever had. Our sales person Was David (the manager for 18 years) and he was assisted by Gabriel. Both were very helpful and knowledgeable. I already knew the car that I wanted, so I set my appointment and met them at the lot. David showed us the 2019 Suburban. He took a copy of my DL then took us for a test drive. I had researched these vehicles and knew the price was already the best currently offered on any of the apps. I asked him to make me his best and final offer and he sweetened the pot by reducing the the price even more, and agreeing to fix a paint blemish. I had already talked with him about an extended warranty and was able to purchase a 5 year 100,000 mile extended warranty! That added 5 years and takes me up to 166,000 for the warranty. That is on top of the 30 day 1000 mile warranty that it already comes with. We purchased the car today and drove home. On the way we noticed a couple of things that needed fixed. Called David and he immediately scheduled me to bring the car back on next Tuesday for them to repair. Look, unexpected things happen, that just how the world works. But it is how we react to them that matters. How can you beat the professionalism and customer service that I just described. And I walked away knowing that we got such an incredible deal as well. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to my family and friends. If your trying to decide were to place your trust in a world of Car Sales People, you might just want to give these guys a try. One more thing, I read a review giving them a 1 star. It made no sense at all. The guy was talking about how they refused to show him the car fax report etc. Totally IMPOSSIBLE, these guys have placed a link to it right on the Value Cars Inc website and also on all the Car Apps. Please note the second picture which is the folder they gave me which identifies them as a Carfax advantage dealer :-)

I bought my car about 3 weeks ago from Value Cars Inc. Freddy was my sales guy and David was the finance guy. Freddy and David were very helpful and kind. David ensured I got the monthly payment I wanted. I am very pleased with their service and most importantly my car! Rene, the general manager was also very helpful. All questions were answered and minor issues addressed immediately. I highly recommend anyone looking for a good, clean, reliable used foreign vehicle to go either of their car lots, they’re on the same street.
