I initially went in to get my GMC terrain serviced, the service technicians were very helpful, listened to my concerns and provided me a thorough explanation of what they were working on. On to the sales floor, I was not in the market for a new necessarily, but I NEEDED to leave with a vehicle (either mine or a new one). Charles Carpenter (Mr. Charles as I called him) saw me walking the lot and came over and began talking with me. After a hour or so, Mr. Charles and this AWESOME team was able to help me secure a brand new Buick Encore GX. I cannot thank this team enough for their help.
