I was worried about financing and she had a deal in place in literally 5 minutes. The whole process was stress free and was literally the first time I purchased a car and wasn’t sitting in a dealership all day wasting time. It was so easy! I just sent a picture of my ID and insurance card, signed a few documents electronically and my car was delivered by Friday. I had signed the papers on Monday and had my new car for the weekend. Had a great experience with Dontae! Went on a Friday evening with every intention to just drive the vehicle we were interested in and leave. Dontae was very easy to work with and was open to negotiation. Ended up leaving with the car that night and didn’t feel pressured. It’s been great to be able to contact and work with the same salesperson (Gina) for several purchases/leases and when she had a time conflict she facilitated us working with Andy who was just as easy and friendly to work with.
