My first visit here, Jeff “pook” welcomed me apon arrival. I was please to see my name up on the board as I had called and told them I was on my way from a different city & would arrive in about an hour. They were ready & prepared for me. The keys for the car I had inquired about were quickly retrieved and given to me for my test drive. No limits on how long my test drive could be or anything like that. Jeff was even kind enough to ask if I needed directions for the test drive. When the test drive was over we decided on an even trade for my current vehicle. Jeff then filled out the appropriate paperwork quickly and accordingly. While we waited for the final approval and signing with the Manager, Jeff was extremely personable, kind & polite, making the time go by fast. He was one of the best salesmen I have ever worked with and because of him, not only do I plan to be back in the future, but I will be referring any family or friends to him. Alexas was absolutely by far the most amazing help my husband and I have ever had. We have felt very pressured before by other car sales employees and felt we were not being cared for properly. Alexas has changed my whole experience with car sales and really showed compassion and putting our best interests first. We will be going through her from here on out.
