The service dept here is terrific! They got me in for diagnostics in less than a week & I was able to make an appointment. Other dealerships wanted me to leave my car with them for 2-3 weeks- just to get diagnostics done! This dealership got the parts in less than a week and took only 2 days to complete the work. They also worked well with my insurance company to help minimize my headaches! I would absolutely recommend this service Dept. And Vicctoria was very professional and informative, working hard to keep me in the loop!
Went there for a oil change. Jenelle helped me out you could tell she was the one that pretty much ran the front. I think this place would definitely be lost without her! She did a wonderful job explaining to me that I needed to fix a minor thing on my Wheels, They did not have the part in for me to come back the next day. I arrive the next day after 1:30 and they got me in and out within 30 minutes. Janelle did a great job she really needs of raise! The oil changed all went smoothly with the help of Janelle! If you need somebody to get it done talk to her!!!!
