Took my Subaru here for an oil change. Very pleased. Everyone was kind, and welcoming. Read a lot of bad reviews regarding staff, prices, and the waiting area. My experience here was absolutely great. The oil change came out less than estimated. Every employee that walked passed me, spoke to me. The waiting room in my opinion is quite nice actually. No complaints whatsoever!!
I usually have crazy anxiety when making big purchases, due to deceptive salesmen. However, that was far from my experience here. I scheduled an appointment to test out a car. Something used, inexpensive, not necessarily pretty, but also within my budget, that I felt could be reliable. I was stuck on it because I didn't think that I could afford anything newer anyway, and was also trying to factor in insurance, credit score, and possible vehicle warranties. I'm far from being the richest person and insurance is draining to think about. I had also previously purchased a vehicle & warranty from another dealership, that I was sure would cover most things on that car. Only for my engine to give out less than a year later and the warranty I purchased being voided (stated "due to a specific engine damage that wasn't covered" that none of their mechanics/warranty company could give clarification on.) Left me 10k in debt on top of student loans and was also a 10k repair...but I digress. Fast forward to now. Upon arrival, I was kindly greeted by other salesmen, and then pointed to salesman Danan, who my appointment was with. Right away he told me that he wasn't going to even bother showing the car I requested because he wasn't confident that I'd like it and that he had something else for me to checkout (even though I already had my eyes set). But cool. I didn't sweat it because honestly at that point I would've walked out as soon as I saw that I was being counteroffered with another downgrade. I learned my lesson already! It was month 6 without a car, so I already didn't have s*** to lose! Shoutouts to Danan though, for easing my doubts. My expectations were beyond exceeded. He came back with something that was eerily very fitting: it was legit the same brand car I was shown and offered first by the previous dealership (that they ended up backtracking on). I wanted that car so bad, it had all the specs that I needed in a car. This car was a dream come true though because it is even better and newer! Practically brand new and well within my price range, with tons of cool specs. Everything about the service here was a 10/10, very easygoing. The only thing that could have topped this experience is, the car being completely free! Another thing that made this a very comforting experience for me, is that the person who helped me sign warranty paperwork, carefully explained all the conditions and ensured that purchasing it was well worth it (this time reading over it, I see it's a great deal and idk how that other place is getting away with what they're doing). Because why am I walking away excited about purchasing a warranty?? Oh, because it was an ACTUAL vehicle warranty that ACTUALLY covers the car and any possible mishaps, with a $100 deductible per repair. I feel very optimistic about my purchase, which is a big deal for me. Price, service, & overall car. Their reputation definitely precedes them, as I've heard from numerous people that they do good business. A big reason why I took a risk and went with them. Now I know for myself. I just wasn't expecting to be walking away with THIS. Definitely a great start to my year. I highly recommend anyone looking for a trustworthy dealership, to check them out!
