Driving on a trip, I heard terrible squealing coming from rear tire area. I didn’t feel comfortable driving more hours without knowing if it was safe. Bergstrom and Carlos in service were extremely helpful, squeezed my car in for a quick Look, and solved the problem. My daughter, dog, and I were back on the road in less than an hour thanks to these employees being willing to look at my car even though they were technically booked.
