This service center has improved so much over the past 2 years since buying my 2022.5 GMC Sierra. The first couple of visits wanting warranty work done on a brand new truck were like pulling teeth. Shortly after, I returned out of convenience only and met Brandon. He was new and explained thoroughly that he was going to address every concern. I will definitely continue going back here to pay for service and will eventually buy my wife a Yukon from Jim Ellis if this excellent service continues. They seem to actually be living out “ at Jim Ellis you can always the best” now.
Probably the best & quickest service I've ever received on a vehicle. Since the service department @Jim Ellis Chevy was backed up, they had me go to their Buick GMC place next door. I was initially told it could take up to 48 hours for them to even see my truck, but then the next morning I got an Email with a video thoroughly explaining what was needed to fix my 'check engine' light notification. And just a few hours later, I got a call from Ted saying everything was done [and since it was still under warranty, at no co$t to me]. No hassle, no fuss - just flat-out excellent service by the pros over at Jim Ellis Buick GMC. Like a good doctor, I hope I do not have to see them anytime soon, but if so, I will know I'm in the best of hands. Thanks again...
