I was at a weird place in my life when I bought a car from here. Wasn’t looking forward to the experience. Was dragging my feet for no good reason. David was wonderful, made the process easy for me, and wasn’t pushy. He seemed like a really decent dude. I’m so happy I decided to buy a car here. Months later I had my car looked at by the service department and they also were awesome!! I’d recommend this dealership to others looking to buy a car in the area. They’ve taken wonderful care of me. I ended up really liking the car I bought! I drive that thing all over earth and it’s alright!

We bought two cars at Thomas the reason we bought the second one was how we are treated. They treat their customers like family. It’s been over a year and our sales lady Kara still does follow-up. As far as service they are the best. Patrick checked in my car he kept me updated and explained everything and John Cuppert was the service tech very efficient. I recommend this dealer edit. Ciarra and Colton also work the customer service in the maintenance dept they all multi task but still take time for each customer. Thomas Cumberland is our first go to to buy a car, or for service, they are honest and fair. To me how one is treated at a business speaks volumns.
