2023 Buick Envision Essence AWD

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP! We are from out of state and came to look at a used vehicle they had for our daughter’s first car! Professionalism was shown the minute we stepped out of our vehicle! We used Josh and Trey as our reps and they were wonderful to deal with! The car had a few issues, and this company went ABOVE AND BEYOND in fixing the few problems! We were willing to leave the car behind on a promise they would come through on fixing everything and they did! You don’t see quality service like this anymore…. So they now have a customer for life! My husband and I would DEFINITELY buy from them again! When the car was ready, they showed us the courtesy in having it brought to us since we live 3 hours away! My husband and I were car shopping all day. Had plenty of car salesmen not eager to sell or maybe not taking us seriously. My husband came into contact with Josh on phone and Allan Larkin came and delivered the sell! We went to 4 different dealerships and test drove. Allan was the first to ask “What can we do to have you leave with this car?”. He wasn’t being pushy either. Attentive while also patient! That resonated! We drove all the way back from Conway to buy the car (it was also a really solid car). Sometimes it’s the salesmen along with the car. This was one of those times.
