Their service department is top notch, very honest, helpful, kind, and compassionate. Ben Owings helped me navigate a challenging situation, breaking down in Reno as I was passing through. He helped with tracking down warranty eligibility, navigating rentals, and working with other dealerships to get my truck to where it needed to be.
