I brought my truck in on a Thursday due to the "check engine" light coming on. The code detection said cylinder 7 misfiring. They advised that I not drive the truck any far distance and scheduled a repair appointment for me the following Monday. I decided to leave the truck at the dealership until repaired. Unfortunately they did not have any available loaner vehicles and I had to get a rental car so I would not miss work on Friday. They said if they found time they would try to look at the truck on Friday. I received a voicemail around 2pm on Friday stating they were able to look at the truck and let me know what was needed and costs. They had the parts and would do the repairs yet on Friday with my permission. I called them back and gave permission to go ahead with the repairs. They were able to finish the repairs by 4:30pm. I returned the rental car and picked up my truck after that. I was very happy that they were able to repair my truck sooner than expected.

Recently picked up a late model used Chevy Colorado from Napleton Chevrolet and Gary Bortz. They gave me a great deal on a nice truck … just what I was looking for. Gary was great to work with along with everyone at Napleton. I also want to thank those who prepped and detailed the truck prior to pickup; fantastic job!! All in all a great vehicle purchase experience.
