Jim Casey helped me from start to finish in the process of buying my first new vehicle and trading in my truck. I was working on a strict time restraint due to working and attending college fulltime, but he was very understanding and patient with it. The process was smooth from start to finish, and Emily helped me with the paperwork and walking through what was at hand if I had any questions. I don't see myself buying another car for another 6 years, but if I do decide to trade another vehicle in I definitely will be going back to Jim for assistance!

Burdick GMC had the best deal for me, by over 1000 dollars. The staff were knowledgeable about the vehicle. The day of pickup process was smooth and quick. Everyone was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Burdick GMC and we will probably return in the future.

So, I bought a truck. This review is technically 3.5 stars but, rounding rules - you know. I'll start first by talking about the experience I had at the dealership. This covers both buying the car, and getting something installed after the fact. Overall, the experience buying the car was good. Nothing out of the ordinary. Nothing overly special either but, you're buying a car so I don't expect much. The staff at the dealership was great, my salesperson was great. The car buying experience would definitely get 4 stars or more. I felt comfortable and did not feel pressured much to buy the car. There was a little pressure, but that's to be expected because they want to sell cars. However, I genuinely felt that the salesperson cared about what I wanted. I will say, GMC is disappointing when it comes to features they offer on their vehicles. It seems you have to spend a lot of money to get any of the standard safety features that come with a $25,000 Kia, Toyota, Hyundai, Honda, etc. My truck buyout quote is over $60K and I don't even have blind-spot monitoring. That's pretty sad. BUT it's a truck. The truck features are great. Engine performs well, the truck drives like a dream, etc. Would I buy a car here again? Likely, yes. Now, after I bought the truck, I bought the drop-in bed liner to have put in the bed of my truck. I had it shipped to the dealership directly from GMC and paid for the installation. They were great at scheduling the service and getting me on the calendar pretty quickly, that I appreciated very much. When I brought the truck in to have the bed liner done, it was done very quickly. TOO quickly. I walked up to the truck and immediately saw they installed the bed-liner incorrectly. It was in the bed, but the tie-down hooks in the front on the passenger side were not fed through the holes. Instead, there was bulging stretched plastic to clearly just get it finished. Additionally there were two very large flaps that clearly were supposed to go under my bed rails, in the back by the gate sticking out. I asked the technician why they were like that and his response was "that's the way it's supposed to be, so it doesn't rattle." I knew this was false, and subsequently the manger did too and ultimately had him bring my truck in and "re-do" it. Clearly "re-doing" it just meant cutting my bed liner to get the tie-downs fixed and just jamming the flaps under the back and calling it a day. While the experience of buying the car was great, getting my car serviced there was absolutely horrible. I felt very uncomfortable complaining that it wasn't done right because they clearly were in a hurry to get me out of there because "everyone was going home early" that day. That was evident. The managers frustration was also clearly evident. Would I buy a car here again? Probably. Would I get my car serviced here again? No. I have since ordered other parts for my truck and either installed them myself or went somewhere else. It was incredibly disappointing. Enough that I don't care if my oil change is free, I will pay to go somewhere else.
