I encountered a hiccup at the beginning, but it was eventually resolved. My service advisor, Abdul, was very detailed and attentive, ensuring I had no concerns through frequent communication. The mechanic, Mark, was great to work with, extremely thorough and helpful. I cannot recommend this place enough if you are in the market for a car. This was my 5th dealership I visited and felt a big difference as soon as I walked in. The dealership is clean and has models that can be looked at, but more importantly, there was an agent ready and waiting despite not making an appointment. Tim Powell has been amazing to work with from beginning to end, and a week later, he checked in to make sure everything was going well. The level of service is over and beyond! He even offers coming to your home to go over the features and answer any questions after having the car for a bit. And he made the purchasing process so easy, quick, and clear. Highly recommend!
