2015 Mitsubishi Mirage ES

I feel like most places try to only show you the bells and whistles or upgrade parts and tack it onto your total, but Tatiana was very honest about which parts were a bit off and which parts were doing great. It honestly felt like she was looking at what I might be interested in, not just showing me every car in the lot. It seemed as though she truly understood this car from a consumer perspective. Also very quick to respond to messages! She also reminded me to pick up my registration. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of a vehicle. They also did a free oil change on it while I filled out the paperwork and collected payment. This is all for a Kia Soul they didn't even have at the time because I was there for one that sold by the time I arrived.* Tatiana let me know immediately that they had just picked one up but it wasn't on site. (I think it was with their mechanic or something.) She also said "the only thing is--it's green" as though it were a bad thing, but I actually thought it was cute so it worked out. Thank you Friendly Motors Group! [*edit: after reading other reviews, this does seem to be a common issue, but maybe their cars just sell quickly. I think there's a chance they can be a bit quicker about taking listings down, but buyers can just always call before they make the drive.]

Tatiana was extremely kind and helpful with the entire car buying process. The owner was also very knowledgeable easy to work with. Great experience overall would recommend.

Tatiana was great to work with. She allowed us to have the vehicle inspected by a shop prior to purchase giving us the I highly recommend Friendly Motors as their vehicles have 1-2 owners and are in nice condition.
