My husband and I went in for a test drive one evening and the next day we purchased the vehicle. The rate published on their website is what they truly offer you, no games. Any other options are clearly explained and offered without pressure. From the test drive to the loan approval and everything in between there's no unpleasant surprises and it was a smooth process. Purchased my Equinox in December 2023 and I. LOVE. IT. It drives nice. The description online matched. Drive Nation Auto owner and employees were all welcoming and kind. Even though the lot is small the selection was great. Had a small minor chip on glass and they repaired it. And when I came back a little over a month to get my plates, the owner remembered my name, I was wowed. Strongly recommend!!!

We called to inquire about a vehicle we saw online. We reached a price agreement over the phone. We arrived the following day to find the vehicle just as described and our walk-out price was as agreed via phone. We spent a few minutes doing paperwork and we were out the door.
