We drove 4 hours to pick up the only blue Forte in the Midwest with a 6 speed manual, and Randy couldn't have made it a smoother, stress-free experience! Filled up the gas tank for us, was very informative and helpful, and made sure we got the floor mats that were supposed to be installed. He even recommended us a great pizza place in town for us to visit. Overall a great experience!
I purchased my first car from Kia five years ago and it’s only had one issue, (an oil sensor went out) of which was covered under warranty and replaced promptly. I absolutely LOVE this car, and the dealership itself is wonderful as well. My boyfriend ended up needing a new vehicle for himself recently and after spending all night searching multiple dealerships for the right one, lo and behold he found the perfect one from Kia. We applied for their financing program and was approved within minutes! We inquired about it late at night and received an email from Randy Winters first thing in the morning. I had about a hundred questions and Randy took no time at all to answer ALL of them. Plus, it was via email so I was able to get all of my answers promptly and without interfering with my workday - which I loved! He was very professional, kind, efficient, to-the-point and was able to work with us so we could get the vehicle we wanted the SAME DAY! The whole process at the dealership (including the test drive, dealership paperwork, title work, etc) was smooth, hassle free and only took an hour to complete. It was a breeze from start to finish! 10/10 recommend this dealership.
