I went to service my car at Germain Toyota, my appointment was May 7:30 AM and I had a job interview scheduled the same day in 5 hours interval.Fortunately, I had Damian as my assistant, as always he treated me with me with professionalism, respect and courtesy. My car radiator needed to be fixed and required that they order a part that would be delivered at about the same time with my app.with our even asking, Damian not only offered me a rental but he took me himself to the clerk to ensure I have the best service. I was very satisfied, I never had to ask, he always get me the discount and promotions that is available during the service. I really appreciate his kindness and compassion.
