I had the best car buying experience ever with Travis from this location :) Due to unfortunate circumstances my car was totaled in January. I just purchased it in October???? The thought of going through a car buying process again was exhausting. I had been researching a specific car for a little over a month and hadn’t found exactly what I wanted. Sutherlin Orlando has a huge inventory to choose from and the exact car I wanted. There wasn’t any haggling or crazy negotiation with Travis either. I came in with specific requests and those needs were met and exceeded. Paperwork was ready to be signed in 45 minutes (and that’s including the test drive). I couldn’t be more thankful! I’m in love with my car and everyone needs to buy from Travis here!! He works MAGIC!! I’m a customer for life :)

Great service!! Jerry my service advisor was very knowledgeable. Transparent dealership you can see everything they are doing on your vehicle while you wait. I would definitely recommend them comparing to universal Nissan horrible service!

Bash was amazing! Great customer service. My aunt was super anxious and he made her feel comfortable when it came to buying a car. He answered all of her questions.
