Very quick and easy process! I groaned when I got the notice of a recall on my Outlander sport; I assumed I had a lengthy process ahead of me. Thankfully this was not the case. I could book an appointment quickly and easily online, no human interaction necessary (for all you fellow introverts). I arrived, pulled in, had excellent service from the second I arrived, was seated, and was out the door on my way home within an hour! Megan was polite and friendly and was a pleasure to chat with (which is fantastic on the first Monday after time change, I also have an 8 month old who has recently decided sleep is for the weak), so positive human interaction was definitely appreciated! Long story short, if you’re in the service area of Gunther Mitsubishi, don’t dread your recall!

Michael the business manager was wonderful as well After the deal was done, I got a $1000 rebate offer from Mitsubishi, I told them about it, assuming I was going to fight for it, not at all. Come in tomorrow and we are reducing your payment. Can't beat that
