Today was a blessing. I had bought my car at this dealership a few months ago. One of my headlights stopped working, and there were some other things that needed to be checked and fixed. I didn't have an appointment, but the gentleman at the Kia Service Center kindly squeezed me in. Initially, I was told that it wasn't going to be covered under warranty. However, at the end, everything was free! They even washed my car. This year has been a tough year for me financially and I was dreading what the cost would be, so this was a huge blessing for me. The man who helped me was super kind and respectful, and very helpful. Thank you!
