The personel in charge of vehicle in-take was courteous and quickly got us in.David the service advisor, thoroughly explained the maintenance procedures I had questions about during the visit. Admittedly- I am/was a bit skeptical around any car "stealerships" but during my road test , I experienced a noticeable driveability improvement after the transmission fluid exchange service was performed this morning. Lastly, entire shop and showrooms were spotless.I believe Grubbs has the customer's interests and best Volvo service practices at heart. They have earned my trust assisting in the care and up-keep of our XC60.
