2017 Jaguar F-PACE S AWD

We really enjoyed our experience with Action Auto and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a great used vehicle for a fair price! We initially came here just to "check the box" of looking at other cars before going after the one we initially wanted from another dealership. Cooper was super accommodating and attentive, even though we were in and out super fast. After we felt like we were getting scammed at the other dealership, we couldn't get back to Action quick enough! Cooper and Kevin were so awesome and helped us square everything away over the phone the same day. One thing I truly appreciate about this dealership is that they find you the absolute best financing rates, and let you do what you want with your money. I was absolutely appalled at the way the other dealership was handling things. For a literally identical car [same year, make, color, mileage, etc.], the other dealership was charging $1k more and the car was nowhere near as clean / in good condition as the one we looked at from Action. The financing plan the other dealership was trying to force us into was also making our payment over $200 more than what we ended up with at Action. Absolutely crazy, but I'm not sure how else to show how Action outshines traditional dealerships in comparison! This is a really busy dealership and you might have trouble in the parking lot / may have to wait a while, but I feel it is worth it for what you get out of it! Very happy with our experience of purchasing a great car from Action Auto and working with Trey. It's exactly what people would want when buying a car and working with a salesman: no pressure attitude (seriously never felt pressured), very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. And then figuring out financing with Andre was also great, he made sure we got the best deal. Our reason for having to get a new car was unexpected and stressful. So we cant express enough how happy we are we ended up at Action Auto, and it was a no pressure environment and we were able to get an great deal on an awesome car from them!

Outstanding experience with Action Auto! I've visited many dealerships in the last month and Action Auto's prices beat all, hands down! Cars are mostly AS-IS but they've been checked carefully, repaired where needed, and any quirk they've found is disclosed before you see the car. From their Audi's to their Honda Civics, they have good quality vehicles and great variety. I worked with Steena while there who helped me find a car I hadn't even noticed in their inventory that perfectly fit my needs. Communication was excellent; getting into a car was fast and easy; the sale process was equally efficient and I felt overall very good about my experience. There's no hard-closing here, just good authentic people looking out for their customers. Even their mechanic shop does good honest work. I'd absolutely recommend to anyone, and I already have!
