2026 Jaguar F-PACE P250 R-Dynamic S

I recently had a very positive service experience at the Jaguar dealership that I wanted to highlight. I brought my Jaguar in for some routine maintenance and repairs. From the moment I arrived, the service team was friendly, professional, and seemed to already know what I was coming in for. Since they informed me the repairs would take most of the day, they set me up with a very comfortable loaner car to use while my Jaguar was in the shop. Throughout the day, the service advisor called me and provided updates on where they were at with the repairs and when they expected to be finished. That personal touch was greatly appreciated.

I recently had my F-Pace serviced at Jaguar West Columbia, and despite the prolonged process the experience was markedly positive. This was primarily due to the exceptional service provided by the head mechanic, Michael. Right from the demonstrated a customer-centric approach by keeping us thoroughly informed about the progress of our vehicle's repairs. The vehicle's repair, specifically a turbo replacement, unfortunately took more than two months to complete. The delays were beyond the control of the service team at Jaguar West Columbia. The long timeline was a result of the Jaguar brand's challenges in procuring the necessary parts. This situation, while frustrating, was mitigated by the team's transparency and constant communication. They were patient, always ready to answer our questions, clarify the scope of work, and discuss pricing in detail. Impressively they also took the initiative to recommend discounts that I could take advantage of which was a welcome and unexpected bonus.

Javier our service rep was amazing, got us in, communicated what was going on with our car and even coordinated transportation when supply chain issues caused us to have to wait another day for our car. Will be coming back here again for service!
