Probly the most pleasing, professional and enjoyable car buying process I have ever experienced. Our salesmen Michael Paluh maintained a professional but pleasantly engaging mannerism during our purchase which was very different from the high pressure tactics used by most dealerships we have been to in the past. My wife and I were EXTREMELY impressed and elated with the amount of time Mr. Paluh took in familiarizing us with the features and accesories of the Velar we purchased. I would have to say that was the most detailed, thorough and informative orientation of a vehicle I have ever recieved and i have purchased 2 other Range Rovers from various dealerships in the past. I also would like to Thank Mr. Paluh for his assistance in helping me with my decorations i added to the vehicle to commence my wife's birthday and also as a minor celebration of her purchase. Tysons is the best Land Rover dealership in this area. The customer service is great. The work is good along with the follow ups. I had a bad experience with another Land Rover in this area, and will never go back to them. I have owned 4 Land Rovers and Tysons is by far the best one.
