We arrived at the dealership on a Sunday morning after driving 3.5 hours from Kennewick, WA and the vehicle was clean, started, and sitting outside the dealership for us to see. The sales associate met us and introduced himself. He went over the vehicle in detail and then we went on test drive. The vehicle performed perfectly and was everything he had described. We went inside where he gathered information from us and before we knew we were driving away in our new Jaguar F-Pace. Sales associate was very knowledgeable low pressure and very attentive to detail. After the purchase of the vehicle I've contacted him on different things and he has answered promptly and always offering assistance. I have to share what an absolute exceptional buying experience I had with THE BEST Elite Sales Consultant, Zoran at Land Rover Bellevue. They have me as a customer for life!! He made the entire process seamless and so easy. Ive been a Range Rover Sport owner since 2010 when I purchased my 1st HSE and then a second in 2013. I had been shopping for a very specific Range Rover Sport Autobiography Dynamic and came across the ONE last week! It was about an 1hr until the dealer closed on a Friday night. I had been trying to reach someone/anyone who'd be willing to get started on this deal for me bc I knew this truck was exactly what I had been searching for. I finally got in touch with a couple members of their online sales team and each had the same response "we're closing soon but we're happy to help you tomorrow" I was very clear with everyone. "Im not coming into the dealership and I want to purchase this online or over the phone tonight." Luckily for me, after several of his colleagues passed on getting the deal, Zoran emails me and immediately takes me seriously and gets right to business by providing me what I needed to get the deal started. We ended up closing up the deal the following day and I picked up my dream car Sunday morning. Zoran had immediately identified what was most important to me in terms of financing and ended up getting me a better deal than I ever expected saving me hundreds on my monthly payment (even though I told him, the monthly payment does not matter, make it anything you want") What I appreciate most about Zoran is he was willing to work the entire deal with me over text messages so I could continue to go about my busy life and not waste any of my time buying a car. As a single hardworking mom, this was priceless!! Zoran took care of me completely. Its rare you leave a deal feeling like you totally trust that your sales consultant did the BEST for YOU not himself or the dealer. He was focused on making sure I was happy and went above and beyond doing so. The level of respect he extended to me and my time and the no BS straightforward approach was unlike any other car buying experience Ive had (especially the respect I recieved being a single woman buying a car like this) Since our deal closed, we've been in touch several times and he continues to provide me with top notch service, addressing all my questions and providing estimates on upgrades I want to make. You have a customer for LIFE. If you're looking for a Land Rover, Jaguar or other high end vehicle, take your business straight to Zoran. He's the BEST there is!
