Excellent purchase experience! This was our first Ford product and we were highly impressed with the vehicle (F150 Lightning) and sales experience. Despite living an hour away, Washington Ford delivered the tonneau cover to our home within a few days of taking delivery of the truck!

The mobile service was prompt and very convenient. I didnt know Ford offered this for certain recall work but was happy to experience it as it saved me time off from work. The communication ahead of time was perfect and i knew exactly what to expect. The linked app also let me know exactly where the technician was before she arrived which also saved me time. Let me start by saying thank you to Dan and Brian. Both have been extremely helpful through this process. Back in June I decided I wanted to place an order for my dream truck (F-150 Raptor) after helping another friend get a Raptor R through the same dealer. From June, till October, the process has been smooth, and no issues! Dan and Brian both were responsive to my millions of questions, and always responded back to me asap. When the truck arrived, I mentioned to Brian, what I wanted cleaned, and what not to clean. Brian made sure it was done to my standards.
