I brought my Volvo XC40 T5 into Lyle Pearson's to have its backup computer fixed a couple of weeks ago. It was repaired back to its original working status in fine fashion. Kaylee Williams, the Service Advisor was most efficient and pleasant in keeping me updated over the hours it took to repair because of the nationwide auto cyberattack that occurred that day. Kaylee was congenial and amiable with me during that time and I enjoyed her answering my questions and explaining the history of the Lyle Pearson auto group, its Volvo staff and their qualities for us customers! Great experience. Mike from service was super attentive and took care of the vehicle in no time. Also made sure I had a ride into town while I waited and got me a ride back. We were driving in from out of state and getting an accomadating appointment was a breeze. I would bring my vehicle here again and again if I could but I was only passing by. Thanks Mike!
