*previous review* Purchased a car here with my roommate 4 days ago the car wouldn’t start the next day the battery is bad and the dealership stopped answering the phone afterward and even blocked her number! She just paid a 4,000 dollar deposit for a new car to turn around and have to spend 300 on a new battery that’s insane. *updated review* they did reimburse my Friend for her car battery and the Lady who sold us the car was beyond helpful which I wanted to mention in the initial review before the miscommunication. Autoplex gave us a great deal and honored the lower price we saw listed on a separate website than their own. I’m glad we were able to get the issue resolved swiftly!

He answered all of my questions and for the ones he didn’t know, he looked up for me and got back to me asap. I enjoyed purchasing my 2020 Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 from here. Mark assisted me, he was very knowledgeable and his communication skills were 10/10. I live 3 hours away from the car dealership so I’m glad once I got there I just had to fill out my papers and hit the road back home in my new vehicle. Also, the other man that assisted me was someone from their financing office, he set me up GREAT with deals and made sure I was getting everything, he also made sure I got 3 years insurance. I would refer anyone to go here and get their new ride. Everyone was nothing BUT AMAZING!!!
