We had been to a dozen dealerships over three weeks when we found five star. Tirso, his staff in the front office (Ashley) and the sales staff were all amazing and helped us to make sure we got into the vehicle we wanted (2015 expedition). They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and got the lowest rate possible. We brought it back a couple of days later to get some minor work done and an oil change. They wanted to ensure the vehicle was safe and working properly, his mechanics are absolutely awesome and answered all of our questions, they were fantastic. From the front of the house all the way to the back everyone was so great and I can not say enough. I am so happy and would/will recommend them to anyone and everyone. If you are looking for a used vehicle this is the place. Honest and true to their word. You won't be disappointed!

after a horrible experience at a "big" dealership with my truck, i found a car for my daughter at this dealer. stopped by on my lunch break to look at it and setup a test drive that weekend. they gave me the purchase order (the "big" dealer hid this) with all the numbers to get pre approved with suncoast. went by to do the testdrive and found a plug on the sidewall of one of the tires. in finance i was able to get a break on the price to cover a whole new set, 72 month warranty and payment under $300/no. fantastic experience, dont be scammed by the bigger more desperate dealerships.

I purchased my Mercedes from them almost 5 years ago and after buying it the control arm went out and they happily replaced it for me but other than that I’ve l had no problems out of the vehicle what so ever besides small stuff that eventually needed replaced mainly due to its age 2010 (alternator spark plugs ignition coils) nothing major, they were always understanding if I was accidentally late on a payment because of the way my paychecks fell, 5 years later i would still recommend them and the only reason for selling the vehicle is because I wanted a truck for towing reasons. Honestly choose five star auto sales you won’t regret it!!
