2019 Jaguar E-PACE P250 S AWD

Two weeks ago, I decided to start looking for a replacement for my 2013 Acura RDX, which has been with me for 175,000 miles- road trips to Yellowstone, Grand Teton, Zion, the Arches and Bryce Canyon. I test drove several vehicles at different dealers. I decided to check out Land Rover, as I am an avid outdoor enthusiast-biking and hiking. I drove the Discovery Sport and fell in love immediately. It’s the perfect size for me, my bike and my hiking gear. I walked in late Saturday afternoon and Phil Graham immediately went w me for a test drive. He was heading to vacation literally an hour later and for the next week. He hooked me up with Tom Gardner, Sales Manager, in his absence and he didn’t miss a beat, thoughtfully presenting all of my finance options and addressing any and all questions/concerns. I picked “Rover” up on Wednesday, and Tom was off that day…So Becky Webb did the “hand off “ with me, explaining each and every bell and whistle patiently and enthusiastically. Tom followed up with me two days later, asking if I had any additional questions and reiterating the Concierge Service they provide for any service work being done. They are all so knowledgeable, efficient and sincere. It was hard to say goodbye to so many memories in my vehicle for 175k miles, but, I know I have found a new home with Land Rover and this team -They are not only on their A game, they ARE the A Team.

The experience was great! Love my Defender so far. A lot to learn, but fun! Just make sure you encourage open communicate throughout the whole process.
