I am very happy with the staff and the service from BMW of Williamsport. They made buying a new car easy and I was happy with the trade-in value that they gave my 2012 Audi. They delivered the car to me, which was very nice. I didn't get the technical help from the genius immediately after purchase due to an illness. However, it was better for me to learn on my own for a few weeks, so that I could ask specific questions when we connected. Kevin, the Genius was amazing. I also appreciated Miranda, who guided me through the test drive and purchase. She is new at the this, but she did a good job. Very happy with the dealership and my new car.
What a great experience. Bought my son in to purchase his first car and to teach him how the "game" works. Jack, Chase and Kevin were great to work with on my x5 deal.
