I needed some recall work done on my '05 Lancer. I called Don Herring Mitsubishi because they were the closest dealership. The receptionist, service staff, and even the shuttle driver were really helpful. I don't know if everybody is as happy as they seem to be working there, but regardless, it makes for a very pleasant customer experience. I'm not used to getting the red carpet treatment for my old Lancer, but it sure felt like it, this time. Scott and Evan in Service were really helpful along the way. And Blas, the shuttle driver, was super friendly and exceeded expectations both getting me safely to work and picking me up, again. From talking to Blas, I got the impression that the company and culture created by the late Don Herring continues to make the dealership the place it is, today. Based on my experience as customer, that appears to be true.
