I was pleasantly surprised when someone answered the phone in a mild and cheerfuy way. Bianca was kind on the phone and understood what I needed. When hetting to service center, she greeted me with the same enthusiasm. Mind you, I drove from the far east side of town because I hate to go to El Paso Honda. I will go back to service my CRV. I'm not bothering with the other dealer.
