2024 Jaguar E-PACE P250 R-DYNAMIC SE

hi, my name is Lorna and I must say I took my car to Peabody Jaguar and Land Rover and I had a situation with my Jaguar, it had a Wheel lock and I couldn’t find the key. So I called all over the place and all the Land Rovers and Jaguars in my greater Boston area and everybody was just not very nice . So a good friend of mine told me that he would call around and see if he could get a better deal for me and see if I could get My Jaguar that I love so much we like to be taken off or be replaced he called Land Rover and Jaguar of Peabody and spoke to a gentleman named Nick . Upon speaking to Nick .Nick was very friendly. He was very kind and he told him to bring the car over so they could take a look at it and see if it’s possible they would help. upon arriving there immediately, I felt at peace. The atmosphere was very friendly. Everybody was very kind and my car went right into the garage. I went inside and I met Nick. Nick was very peaceful and kind and engaging any explain to me what they’re gonna do to the car and if I just take a seat, they would make sure that they look over the car and do the best he can to alleviate the situation. he even went as far as looked and see if my car had any recalls and guess what there was one immediately they took care of it. I was so overwhelmed with joy because nobody really deal with you in that way anymore. So I want to say if you have a Land Rover or a jack like I do and trust me I love my car and I know you love your car too take it to Land Rover and Jaguar in Peabody again special thanks to The receptionist, Nicole ,Nick and also The service tech that took care of my car thanks guys really appreciate you will never go anywhere else. Always come back to you. .

Steven was excellent assisting with my annual service appointment. He communicated throughout the whole process. He was thorough, thoughtful and genuine. Arranged for transportation to and from work. He helped make it an excellent experience. I highly recommend Steven!
