Update: Service Review 12/10 : When I purchased my Defender, I needed a car that day and found what I really like at the price I felt was fair. There was no back and forth [ I understand people have to make a living ]. I have been an entrepreneur my entire life but for a brief moment when I worked as the CCO for a public company [ 0/10 I will do that again ]. I don't get excited about things, I understand that the world doesn't stop spinning at my command. Back the the review - Installed automatic running boards and had the prepaid service performed. 12/10 experience. My service professional called me at 9:45pm in the evening to let me know I could pick up the car in the morning, on a Saturday. When I arrived, Boris greeted me and we looked at a few cars that had arrived, and I was on my way - Another great experience at LandRover Dallas. I could not recommend Land Rover Dallas any more! 5 stars, 10/10, however you want to say it… this is an absolutely phenomenal dealership with tremendous service. Michael McGovern in particular was extremely helpful throughout the process of me trading in my Range Rover to purchase a newer one. Once you get greeted at the front, ask for Mike and he will take care of the rest! Also, Heather in Finance was terrific as well. Both Mike and Heather truly made me feel like part of the Land Rover family and I look forward to purchasing more vehicles from them in the future!
