Picked up a certified BMW x1 today with the help of a really excellent sales associate Alex. He was able to help us with our trade in, and getting things set up before our arrival. Alex was well knowledgeable in the vehicles he was selling and helped to ensure we understood our vehicle prior to leaving. I scheduled routine service for our BMW online. The process of selecting a convenient day and time couldn't have been easier. The drop and pick-up was faster than going through a drive-thru at a fast food restaurant. The service rep (I failed to keep his text so unable to name him) kept in contact and had the vehicle done before the promised time. Although we had purchased the BMW at Southern CA dealership we were treated as loyal customers.

Roman was amazing. He helped me so much and I'm so thankful I randomly ran into whim when car shopping. Went out of his way to help. All the team there were super helpful and had some of the best customer service I've experienced at a dealership. I appreciate all their time and help.
