Terrence and the finance department were great to work with. I got to pick out the options I wanted and Terrence was able to find me the exact spec IS 350. I didn’t feel pressured at all during the finance process and was explained in detail what options were available to purchase (warranty, maintenance plans, etc.). From 8 previous car buying experiences I can say this was the most in depth experience and highly recommend if you feel uncomfortable, or uninformed during the car financing process. Only downside is their “no outside financing”. I felt like that took away that option for me or someone looking to finance directly with their own Bank/ Credit Union representative. Definitely don’t let that rule deter you as I was able to get a better rate through Lexus Financial over my Credit Union in the end.

Danna Mejia and the others who worked on getting this vehicle ready for me were amazing. I was so looking forward to getting this GX, and they made sure everything went smoothly and quickly. For the first time in my life, I was able to afford the car I've always wanted, and they all seemed to know how important this transaction was to me. They made it fun and exciting for me. And when my sister came with me to pick it up, she also found a vehicle she fell in love with, and they handled that as well and made it enjoyable for her also.
