2018 Jaguar E-PACE P250 SE AWD

My wife and I had one of, if not the BEST car buying/leasing experiences today at Montgomeryville Nissan. We were greeted at the door by Tracy who was very low key in offering her assistance but was ready to help us. Tracy literally made us feel like old friends and created a comfortable sales environment. After listening to our vehicle of interest, she was off and running! Literally to keys to all 3 trim levels of the Nissan Rougue. Tracy explained in detail the difference between the 3, how various options worked and never once tried to push us in any direction. She knew when to give us a few minutes and asked questions to our needs in a very non-imposing way. Long story short, we leased a new 2023 Rougue and we had a full education on the vehicle from engine and horsepower to pairing my wife's phone and setting her Sirius XM stations with her. Its obvious Tracy loves what she does and her vehicle knowledge was almost as impressive as her people skills. If Tracy is representative of the rest of the sales team here, then you must visit before buying your next vehicle. The finance process was easy, the door was open for reasonable negotiation and signing of paperwork was quick and easy.
