2018 Jaguar E-PACE P250 SE AWD

Jackie was amazing and every employee I came in contact with showed exemplary service. I'm not a person who has ever in the past taking my car to a dealership for maintenance, but that is all changed now that I have been to this location and received this level of customer service. They have won me over! So easy to set up a drop off time and every single step was easy and efficient.

Just had my wife's F-Pace in for routine service, wheel repair/tire replacement, and cracked windshield replacement. Our service advisor, Jacqueline, made sure she had a loaner vehicle available for us when she scheduled us to drop off vehicle. She knew the service and repairs would take a few days and we needed a loaner to drive in the meantime. She also kept us informed daily on any updates. We appreciate the great service Jacqueline and her team provide. We highly recommend Jaguar Houston North dealership.

Had great service at this location, mainly thanks to Carla. Initially went in for 4 new tires, then they let me know I need new front & back brakes & rotors. Carla arranged for me to get a car so I did not have to stay there all day. Carla explained prices, options & advice with me & was just so wonderful to work with! Will definitely go back if Carla is there!
