The Velar only had 3800 miles on it so it is practically brand new. Matt helped pull the deal together in one day and I traveled from Atlanta to pick it up the next day. Great experience. I made a reservation by internet for a test drive. The car I wanted was actually on the showroom floor! They opened some doors and carefully got it outside. Being an electric vehicle I was shown the car throughly and explained the unique features of electric vehicles. The test drive was good. I said yes and was out the door about an hour later with paperwork and financing complete. Riaan Engelbrecht was the best sales person ever. He was knowledgeable and just showed us the car and chatted in a relaxed and fun test drive. Riaan is a sales person with no pressure. I would recommend this dealership in Charlotte and ask for Riaan. The car is awesome!. Jaguar I-Pace all electric, 398 hp, 532 ft. /lbs tourqe. 0 - 60 in 4.8 seconds! Lots of tech and quality materials. Adding to this review after driving the I-Pace a bit, I can say it's the coolest thing on the planet! I know all new models are rolling out all electric in 2025. I'm sure they'll have longer range and other cool features, but if you want EV performance right now! An I-Pace may be for you. Way too go Jaguar of Charlotte! Tow truck driver did difficulty giving the car in neutral because that is a little bit unique with electric vehicles, but eventually it got towed to the service department day later they had the problem serviced wash the car and had it ready for me to go. They also sent an Uber to pick me up when the car is ready to go service department!
