Purchasing a used car is usually a very frustrating process. But when I contacted this dealership, I noticed a customer oriented dealer unlike some other dealers as this dealer values the customer's time. The following day, I drove from SF to Hayward and everything was organized for me when I got there. Just got my beautiful 2007 BMW 335i. From Joe. He assured me that vehicle is in working condition. Their were absolutely no issues with the car. I took a drive on my own and enjoyed the car, and then he took me on a drive to make sure that the car I'm taking today with me is in excellent running condition. He got me approved with a small down payment. Got me a 2 year warranty with great coverage. I recommend ZM European Motor to all.
