Melanie is the best!! From the first contact, I knew there was no one else I would lease my 2024 Land Rover Defender from. I appreciate their transparency too, as it is something you don't always find in this business. They sent all the details over in writing once the deal was agreed to. Eceptional Service from Manny In Thousand Oaks Land Rover from start to finish! I came in in January looking at the Range Rover Sport and decided to custom order one to my liking. I can't stress enough how importnant Manny was in this order. He explained every single detail of each option I ordered and made the order process easy. Fast forward 4 Months when the car arrived Manny actually tricked me into coming into the dealership by telling me there was an awesome speck car he wanted me to see. Obviously I came in right away to see it only to find out my car had arrived early and he surprised me with an incredible delivery experience. He could only have pulled that off by knowing what I like and listening to me knowing what I loved about the car and that I would want to come in and see. The Sales Manages were also fantastic and helped along the way and the Finance manager made the delivery so quick I was surpised it only took around 30 mins to walk out with the car. 10/10 would recommend Manny to anyone!
