2020 Jaguar F-TYPE SVR Coupe

Can only refer to Service Dept. Had my F-Type roadster in for the annual service. Every person that I encountered or dealt with projected a friendly and welcoming attitude. Service consultant was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Promises made and promises kept. Servicing and maintaining this car is expensive but all in all is fun to own and drive.

THe quality of the retailer, especially when it comes to expensive purchases such as cars, resides with their employees. And when employees stick around for decades, as in the case with JLR Willow Grove, it means a lot in this industry where short-term employment is typical. Same educated sales people that will give you detailed information about the cars and help you to navigate the models and options, and same knowledgeable and experienced service advisors and techs. Gives your a high level of confidence in both, the money well spent on a right car, and quality service and repairs that are guaranteed.
