I traded in my unwanted vehicle in exchange for my vehicle of choice. Sales representatives were super cool and helpful. One guy, didn’t catch his name but he’s listed in the first photo, was SUPER informative and allowed me to test drive two different vehicles until I made my decision. I never felt pressured once, and with how fair and honest they were being with me, I felt super comfortable and ready to make the trade. Super happy with my new car!

When BIG LAM MOTORS says “no pressure sales”, that’s exactly what you’ll get. I was simply given the key to the vehicle that I was interested in and was left alone to complete my own inspection. Can’t tell you how refreshing an experience that was. I literally sold the car to myself ????. Of course, when I had questions, sales rep Alejandro Sauceda was extremely forthcoming and very honest. Even steered me away from another vehicle I was looking at because he didn’t think was in my best interests (and he was right). A truly remarkable car buying experience????????
