Wondering buying experience. So many great memories were made the day we purchased our suv. The sellers were honest, friendly, and super accommodating. My husband and I will definitely be buying our future vehicle from The Car Shop. The prices were fair and the service was amazing ?. I can’t say enough great things about this place. This was my first time ever buying a vehicle and I went into it nervous because everyone always warns you about dealership tricks and high-pressure tactics. My experience at The Car Shop Hawaii was the complete opposite — it was honestly above and beyond what I expected. From the moment I showed interest in the car online, Kai reached out, called and texted me, and helped me set up an appointment with zero stress. When we arrived, everyone greeted us and the environment was super chill and welcoming. Pat was incredibly kind and walked us through everything about the car. I’m not mechanically inclined at all, so I really appreciated that he took the time to explain what to look for and what actually mattered. We did have plans to check out another car at a different dealership before making a decision, and I respected that Pat never pressured us. He actually encouraged us to go compare so we’d feel confident in our choice. We never even made it to the other car — the customer service there was so bad that we came straight back to The Car Shop. Pat walked us through the paperwork, explained every step clearly, and got everything set up so we could drive home that same day.

I found a 2015 Jeep Wrangler for sale on their website and had some questions. The quick, professional response immediately impressed me, leading to an excellent test drive.
