In Late July/Early August, I was looking for a new 2025 Toyota Crown Platinum in Storm Cloud. Initially, I wanted to buy a used Crown local to me, but the 2025 models came with new features that the 2023/2024 did not have. I looked at dealers local to me in Pittsburgh, PA and they wanted me to buy the 2025 model on their lot. I wasn't interested in Black, White, or Bronze Age colors that I could get locally. One of the local dealers gave me a discount off of MSRP, but lowballed my trade. After that experience, I went onto Toyota's website and found exactly what I wanted... but it was 350 miles away in Pikeville, Kentucky. I called the dealership on a Friday Morning and spoke with Elizabeth Yates. She was wonderful and worked on bringing a deal for their Crown Platinum to fruition. We worked the entire deal over the phone. After we reached a deal, the very next morning, I drove from Pittsburgh, PA to Pikeville... down and back in the same day. Once I got there, I met with Elizabeth to go over the features of the Crown. Sherry was also a joy to work with in finance. She had everything ready to go and was prepared. I was in and out of the dealership in about 1 hour's time. The only thing I disliked about this process was the plastic dealer advertising plate, dealer sticker on the trunk lid, and decal on the back window that also advertised the dealership. All of that was easily removed from the car when I got home, but was a minor annoyance with this purchase. Overall, I would make the drive and buy another vehicle from Walters Toyota tomorrow. The process couldn't have been simpler.

Worked with Spencer when ordering my ‘24 GR86 Premium. Spencer worked with me to make sure my experience was excellent, providing me updates on the car being shipped, when it arrived on land, as well as when the car finally made it to the dealership. Spencer and the Walters Toyota (Pikeville) dealership made me feel welcomed and at no point uncomfortable. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and they have earned my business going forward. Thank you to Spencer (salesman) and Sherri (business manager) for making this a great car buying experience!

We were very pleased with our experience at Walters Toyota. We live 3 hours from the dealership and found the vehicle on Autotrader. The online sales staff were quick to respond when I asked if the vehicle was still available. Then, Elizabeth (onsite salesperson) was very quick to respond to my numerous questions (even after business hours). The finance manager was very friendly. Although he did offer us some add-on warranty options, there was no hard sell when we declined (which we appreciated). We could not leave with the vehicle because we had a hitch added. To save us a second 3-hour trip back to Pikeville, they agreed, after the hitch is put on, to deliver the vehicle to a town near our home where we will meet. We are very grateful for their willingness to do this. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience buying our new-to-us vehicle (hybrid Highlander). I would recommend shopping at Walters Toyota when looking for a vehicle. ???? Nicki Patton Rowe
